2. Data we collect and purpose
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form:

3. Legal basis
The processing of your data is based on the consent you give when submitting the contact form, in accordance with article 6.1.a of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
4. Retention period
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry. Once the communication ends, the data is deleted unless there is an ongoing commercial relationship or a legal obligation requiring its retention.
5. Recipients and transfers
Your data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes. For sending emails we use Resend (resend.com), an email delivery provider acting as a data processor under a confidentiality agreement and with adequate guarantees as required by the GDPR.
We also use Google Analytics 4 for anonymous analysis of site traffic. You can find more information in our Cookie Policy.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR and the Spanish Organic Act 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection (LOPDGDD), you can exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access: find out what data of yours we process
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure: request the deletion of your data
- Object: object to the processing of your data
- Restriction: request that we limit processing
- Portability: receive your data in a structured format
